| Comments : | Currently I am looking for any relative of the Norlings that moved to ND from Garden City, SD at the beginning of the last century. I know that there was a Fred, Ed, and Carl that moved to Napoleon. These brothers had another brother, Robert who stayed in Garden City for many years and then moved to Seattle, Wa to live with his sisters Mayme and Mary. Another sister, Anna Wick was also living in Seattle. | Comments : | My husband and I were just back to Napoleon for vacation (11-17-06 thru 11-20-06)after 20+ years of being away. It was nice to see family again. My parents are (Dale & Lorraine Schulz)My younger brother was Terence (Terry) Schulz, my older brother (Dennis & Claudia Schulz) still live in Napoleon. The town looks good. Saw many changes and lots of new growth in the town. Saw that the Homestead had this web site and started to snoop around a little bit. There hasn't been many posting on here. People need to be aware of this and try to keep in touch more at least through their local hometown homestead. I saw a few names in the guestbook that I remember. Elva Schulz is my aunt. Wayde Schulz is my nephew. Terry G. Johnson I believe is the same Terry Johnson that was our neighbors for many years before we moved to Michigan in 1972. He had a older brother named Gary. I hope more people read this and I welcome e-mails from friends who remember me. Looking for friends such as Sherry and Kathy Brunner, Gary & Terry Johnson, Patty Becker, Angie Doll, Joell Welder just to name a few. Take care all family and friends of Napoleon. Napoleon is a beautiful little town. |
